One of the important features of accounting software is invoicing and billing of financial transactions relating to accounts receivable and accounts payable. It helps in creating bills for customers and tracking payments.
2. Book Keeping:
Accounting software maintains the systematic records of financial transactions in the books of account under the principle of double entry book keeping system. It ensures that all debits and credits are recorded correctly.
3. Reporting:
Accounting software generates different types of standard and customized financial reports of the business. It develops the financial statements and reports automatically after making the records of financial transactions in the system.
4. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts:
